— The heart is a miraculous organ. During 80 years heart muscle makes nearly 3 billion contractions without a minute break. The health of all other organs and systems of the human body directly depends on the state of his cardiovascular system.
Coenzyme Q10 Cardio from JSC RealCaps could help to maintain the activity of “fervent motor.”
What is the unique property of such a product?
Coenzyme Q10 Cardio from JSC RealCaps is a source of Coenzyme Q10.
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is a universal energetic substance for all live cells on Earth. Without it, cells may not synthesize ATP molecules, the primary source of energy in a body. In 1978, the Noble Prize for Chemistry was awarded for the description of the process of energy transformation of the nutritive substances into the cell energy and the role of Coenzyme Q10 in that.
Coenzyme Q10 is in each cell of our body. It is mainly present in large amounts in such energy-consuming organs as kidneys, liver, lungs, and, indeed, heart. Provided sufficient supply of B vitamins, vitamins C and PP, the body itself successfully copes with ubiquinone synthesis. However, the ability for sole replenishment of coenzyme stocks is reduced with age. For instance, at the age of forty years, coenzyme stocks in the heart muscle are three times lower than its level at the age of twenty years. However, the cellular need for such substance never vanishes! A Coenzyme may be taken with food, but its content in the food is quite small. For instance, to satisfy the daily need – 30 mg of coenzyme Q10 – a person needs eating nearly one kilogram of beef meat daily.

Coenzyme Q10 (also known as ubiquinone, CoQ10, Q10, КоQ10) is a vitamin-like substance presenting in all live cells of the body.
In 1978, the American scientist Peter Mitchell was awarded the Noble Prize for development of the theory of CоQ10 effect as an essential component in the production of the cellular energy. The International Coenzyme Q10 Association was founded in 1997 for studying the ubiquinone properties, and such properties are studied until present days.
As apart from the natural vitamins, Coenzyme Q10 is not only supplied with food but is also synthesized in the body.
Ubiquinone participates not only in the formation of the cellular energy, but is also the most crucial element of protection of the cellular structures in a human body, and participates in inter-cellular information exchange, participates in many bioregulation processes.
The deficit of Coenzyme Q10 in a body
Age-related changes, metabolic disorders, various diseases, administration of certain medicines (in particular, statins), as well as higher physical and emotional loads could cause the deficit of Coenzyme Q10.
Production of CoQ10 in a body is progressively reduced with age starting from 20 years old. It is practically impossible to supply the ubiquinone deficit with food.

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is a coenzyme, a natural organic compound necessary for metabolic reactions in body cells. The main function of coenzyme Q10 is participation in cellular energy production, stored by the body in the mitochondria of cells in the form of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). In addition, Coenzyme Q10 is a powerful antioxidant that slows down free-radical processes [1, 2]. Coenzyme Q10 is essential for the normal functioning of the body cells and especially for the functioning of cells with a high level of energy metabolism. The highest concentration of coenzyme Q10 is observed in the heart muscle and liver tissues. Coenzyme Q10 is synthesized in the body. Successful biosynthesis requires sufficient intake of vitamins B1, B2, B3, C, folic acid, pantothenic acid, and normal functioning of at least twelve genes. Vitamin deficiencies, gene mutations, age-related changes, medications, and other disorders can lead to a lack of coenzyme Q10, which can cause cardiovascular, muscular, nervous, immune system disorders, accelerate the aging process, lead to conditions such as chronic fatigue and depression.

Lutein is a biologically active fat-soluble pigment referred to the carotenoid group – natural compounds playing an essential role in human metabolism.
Lutein forms yellow pigment spot in the center of the retina, so-called macula. This small section of the retina is in charge of the central vision.
Eyes constantly interact with sunlight giving humans a unique opportunity to perceive the world in the form of visual images in all its diversity of paints and colors. However, the aggressive part of the sunlight spectrum (UV, as well as blue-violet/ blue/ moderately blue) may destroy the structure of organic tissue of the eye causing the acute or chronic eye diseases. We are always under the exposure of harmful radiation, and the more we are close to the light source of light, the more our eyes are exposed to the risk.
LUTEIN FUNCTIONS IN OUR BODY:
A man shall consume a daily minimum of 5 mg of lutein with meals. For those who are in the group of risk of diseases of the visual organs, such amount shall be slightly higher: from 6 to 10 mg of lutein daily.
Based on the principle “excellent quality at an affordable price,” RealCaps tries to offer products with the best price/quality ratio to the consumers. Buying this or other product, the consumer does not always clearly understands what he/she is paying for and how much does he/she pay. Let’s try to find out how much we pay for the lutein when buying this or another product.

Phospholipids are vital elements in the structure of cell membranes. It is they that give the cell shell properties that enable cellular metabolic processes to take place: the intake of nutrients, vitamins, and biologically active components into the cell; the removal of waste products and toxins from the cell; and the exchange of various substances between the cell and the environment.
The liver's disruption is always associated with damage to the structure of the liver cells, hepatocytes, which causes a deterioration in their functional activity and a decrease in the ability to self-repair.
HEPACAPS® contains a large number of highly active plant phospholipids, including phosphatidylcholine. Having properties similar to phospholipids of the human body, highly active essential phospholipids of plant origin are more active due to the higher content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Active phospholipids by embedding in damaged areas of hepatocyte cell membranes, help restore the structure of liver cells, creating a basis for restoring their functional activity, improving metabolism, which allows for the normalization of important metabolic processes.
The property of essential phospholipids to repair damaged cell membranes contributes to:
Essential phospholipids are capable of:
INFORAMTION FOR SPECIALISTS
In natural fats, the content of fatty acids and phospholipids, ensuring their adequate inclusion in metabolic processes, is balanced. Currently, mainly concentrated and refined fats, in which this balance is disturbed, are used in food.
The use of dietary supplements containing phospholipids helps restore the disturbed balance. Phosphatidylcholine is a part of cell membranes and is the primary phospholipid of the human body. Exogenous essential phospholipids used in HEPACAPS ® are more active than endogenous ones due to the high concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids (in the form of non-polar fragments of essential phospholipid molecules).
Essential phospholipids contained in HEPACAPS ® perform various functions in the body: they are part of cell membranes (in the form of phosphatidylcholine); they are an emulsifier and regulator of cholesterol crystallization, the main component of acetylcholine and a source of methyl groups. In addition to performing a structural function, phospholipids are involved in the processes of molecular transport, cell division, and differentiation and stimulate the activity of various enzyme systems. Phospholipids help regulate the activity of membrane proteins and neurotransmitters.
The hepatoprotective action of phospholipids is to maintain normal flow and repair the cell membranes of hepatocytes, antioxidant action, protect mitochondrial and microsomal enzymes from damage, slow down the synthesis of collagen and increase the activity of collagenase. These mechanisms are the basis of their physiological antifibrotics effect.
The membrane-stabilizing and hepatoprotective effects are provided primarily by directly embedding essential phospholipid molecules in the phospholipid structure of damaged liver cells, replacing defects, and restoring the barrier function of the lipid layer of the membranes.
Essential phospholipids have emulsifying properties that allow them to dissolve fats in the intestinal mucosa, preparing them for splitting, prevent and dissolve gallstones, as well as prevent the formation of cholesterol deposits in blood vessels, reduce cholesterol levels in the blood.

Let us remember what it consists of?
Generally, it has three main components – nucleus, cytoplasm, and cell membrane. We want to focus on the later. A cell without its membrane would be unable to fulfill its functions or would represent an unshaped mass. One of the most important structural components, “bricks” of the cell membrane, is phospholipids. A man mainly gets such substances with food. However, in the modern world of refined fats and oils, the need for phospholipids in our body is not satisfied in full. The deficit of such nutritional substance may result in the reduction of hepatic and brain functions since these particular organs need phospholipids most of all.
There is a product with a high content of phospholipids in the range of products of JSC RealCaps – “Lecithin Forte.”

Natural propolis is known to humanity since time immemorial. This bee product was widely used in medicine by the Ancient Greeks, Romans, Incas, Persians, Egyptians, and Arabs. Hippocrates recommended applying propolis for faster healing of wounds and ulcers. The Roman legionnaires brought it with them at war. Propolis is also widely popular in Russia. For instance, by the end of the 19th-century propolis was used as anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious, and wound-healing (cicatrizing) means.
By its origin, the natural propolis is an adhesive material collected by the bees from spring tree buds and modified by their ferments. Bees use it in the hive as a disinfecting, repair and building material. Over 200 compounds were identified in the propolis. It is multiplicity that secures joint effective action, which is considered to be essential for the fulfillment of the protection function of propolis. At the average, propolis by 50% consists of resinous components (flavonoids, aromatic acids, and their esters), 30% of wax (fatty acids, alcohol, and esters), 10% of essential and aromatic oils, 5% of pollen (free amino acids and proteins) and 5% of other substances (mineral substances, ketones, lactones, quinines, steroids, vitamins, and sugar). Propolis contains such vitamins as В1, В2, В6, А, С, Е, Н, Р, and nearly all microelements needed by a human: magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, cobalt, phosphorus, serum, stibium, aluminum, chrome, selenium, silicium, strontium, titanium, vanadium, stannum, fluorine. Propolis also contains such amino acids as alanine, β-alanine, α(δ)-amino butyric acid, arginine, asparagine, asparagine acid, valine, hydroxyproline, histidine, glycine, glutamic acid, isoleucine, lysine, leucine, methionine, ornithine, pyroglutamic acid, proline, sarcosine, serine, tyrosine, threonine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, cystine and cysteine. Many of the amino acids mentioned above are indispensable for a human.
Biological properties of the propolis are primarily due to the presence of phenol compounds in large amounts: flavonoids and phenol acids. Phenol acids: ferulic, caffeic, benzoic, and cinnamon acids have antibacterial, antifungal (against yeast fungi), antiprotozoal (against parasites), and binding properties, and also have choleretic, diuretic, vessel-strengthening, and anti-inflammatory effects. Flavonoid complex consists of apigenin, acacetin, kaempferol, kaempferide, ermanin, ramnocitrin, isorhamnetin, and ramnazin having antimicrobial, wound healing, and antioxidant effects.
New components were found during latest studies of the propolis, among which are even natural antibiotic substances, whose existence was unknown before, for instance, essential oils, antimycotic substance pinocembrin, and caffeic acid ester.
“Propolis” has the registration of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor).

FORTIFIED CHONDROITIN - is an optimal combined chondroprotective compound designated for improvement of the functional status of joints and vertebral column.
FORTIFIED CHONDROITIN consists of three main components: sodium chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine hydrochloride, and sodium hyaluronate. All of them are found in synovial* fluid and are essential components of cartilage. Saline forms of the components promote their faster and better absorption.
The timing of the apparent effect of administration of FORTIFIED CHONDROITIN depends on the impairment degree of joints and usually occurs no sooner than ten days after continuous administration of the preparation.

* Synovial fluid is a thick elastic mass filling the joint cavity. It acts in vivo as an intra-synovial lubricant preventing friction and wearing of joint surfaces; it increases the mobility of joint parts in a joint cavity; it ensures the nutrition of articular cartilage; it acts as an additional shock damper.
** It does not exceed the recommended upper acceptable daily consumption level.
FORTIFIED CHONDROITIN promotes the regeneration of cartilage tissue and improves hydrodynamics. Glucosamine and Chondroitin sulfate are essential metabolites of cartilage tissue.
Glucosamine is an amino monosaccharide. It is used in vivo by chondrocytes as source material for the synthesis of proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycan’s, and hyaluronic acid. The introduction of exogenous glucosamine fortifies the generation of cartilage matrix and ensures non-specific protection from metabolic destruction.
Regardless of whether it absorbs in intact form or form of hydrolyzed fragments, chondroitin sulfate serves as an additional substrate for the formation of healthy cartilage matrix. Chondroitin sulfate promotes the formation of proteoglycans and collagen type II, and protects cartilage matrix from enzymatic decomposition (by suppression of spreading factor activity) and from the damaging effect of free radicals; it maintains the viscosity of the synovial fluid; it serves the basis for the synthesis of hyaluronic acid.
Sodium hyaluronate, a large polyanionic molecule, strengthens the connective structures of cartilage, tendons, ligaments, improves elasticity, inhibits inflammatory mediators. Hyaluronic acid, when bound to the monomers of aggrecan in the presence of a binding protein, endows the intervertebral disks and other cartilage loads.
FORTIFIED CHONDROITIN is aimed primarily at slowing down of degradation processes in cartilage tissue due to which it is possible to reduce inflammation and pain as a mediated effect. Upon treatment of osteoarthrosis, it promotes the alleviation of disease symptoms and lessening of the need for NSAID.
"FORTIFIED CHONDROITIN "has the registration of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor).
It is recommended as a dietary supplement – an additional source of glucosamine, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid.
